The Hotel Kristal is located in in Umag, a romantic coastal town in northern Istria, the gaming and entertainment center with modern slot machines and gaming tables, the seafood Allegro Restaurant, bars in hotel and Casino. There is also a Teatro hall hosting famous Italian, Croatian and International stars.

Hotel Kristal has 80 rooms, and 4 suites. All rooms are equipped with a TV, mini bar, telephone, and air conditioning. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool with seawater, to wich hotel guests have free access.

Hotel Facilities include casino, indoor swimming pool with seawater, conference sale, kitchen, transport to the airport and Thailand massage. Kristal is also appropriate for the various business events. The sea will provide you inspiration for creative solutions and brilliant ideas. There are 3 conference rooms, suitable to organize lectures and seminars for groups of up to 55 persons.


Hotel Kristal has two restaurants: Allegro a la carte restaurant with a magnificent view, and Istra self - service restaurant.

Allegro working hour is from 12 am - 11 pm, and 12 am - 12 pm on weekend and during Italian holiday.

Istra is an internal restaurant where we prepare excellent breakfasts, hot and cold buff and lunch packages for hotel guests.
It is opened every day 7-11am breakfast, 12am-3pm lunch, 7-10 pm dinner time.

There is also a pastry in Piano bar, and Luce bar in Teatro hall.
